Our newest hostel provides a safe space to stay for people aged between 18 and 40. Residents may self-refer or come to us via an outside agency. We have 40 rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Spread over 3 floors, we have 8 larger rooms on the ground floor offering parent and child (under the age of 12 months) space. Our residents can stay with us for up to two years.

As well as providing the security of a safe, warm environment, our team of support workers offer personalised support plans, risk assessments and utilise the Homelessness Outcome star to track personal progress. The housing service also includes signposting and guidance across a range of issues: we help people who need resettlement advice, mental health support and help with problems around drug and alcohol use. We also offer recreational activities to build social skills as wells as chaplaincy services and support.

We pride ourselves on having a dynamic and life-enhancing programme for our housing clients, which can help springboard them into independent accommodation, work, and training. We work with various external agencies, partners and local authorities to get the best possible outcome for all who stay with us.

Every day we do inspiring work, supporting young people to belong, contribute and thrive in their local communities. Our projects and programmes are open to all and focus on the following five themes:

  • Employment, education and training
  • Social inclusion
  • Life skills / tenant ready and moving on
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Tenant voice (resident engagement)
