Gym and virtual RPM sessions are now available 24/7 but please note that any “after hours” sessions must be booked in advance.  Digital (live) classes must be booked at least 90 minutes before the class starts (Zoom login details are emailed directly to you an hour before the class starts). Note that if you leave it any later, you will still be able to book but won’t receive the Zoom login details needed to access the class, but if you give us a call we can give you the details over the phone.
