Our housing in Greenwich is based in the Woolwich Dockyard area and consists of a mixture of bedsits and one-bedroom properties.
Referral procedure
Applicants must meet the following criteria in order to apply:
- Have been a resident in the Royal Borough of Greenwich for at least 5 years
- Be aged 18 – 34 years old
- Be employed or in work-related training
- Be able to pay rent through income and/or housing benefit
- Have no recent history of serious anti-social behaviour or rent arrears
- Have low or no support needs identified
- Have a housing application registered with the Royal Borough of Greenwich
- Have attended or be willing to attend the Money House Financial Confidence Training
