AB ATTACK

As its name suggests this class focuses on the Abs. Starting with a short warm up using low impact low intensity cardio moves to raise the heart rate and allow the muscles to become more pliable.

BODY PUMP

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for.

A modern take on yoga that combines traditional postures with fitness principles to improve flexibility, muscle endurance, and overall fitness.

A low impact, full body workout that uses balls, tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. Great music and inspirational instructors will leave you feeling full of energy.
