FITBALL

Using the stability ball to perform a variety of exercises, this class is particularly effective at toning and strengthening the core.

Monday:  18:00 – 19:00 with Jo

Target your whole body to strengthen, shape & tone. Includes cardio & resistance training (TRX) to improve flexibility & endurance.

FITNESS FUSION

A low impact, full body workout that uses balls, tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. Great music and inspirational instructors will leave you feeling full of energy.

Tuesday:  12:30 – 13:00 with Chris

Sunday:  11:00 – 11:45 with Chris

 

CORE BLAST

A short, sharp workout which strengthens and tones the core and can help with balance, flexibility and posture.

FITNESS PILATES

Improves posture by toning little-used muscle groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back, while incorporating a slow breathing technique to energise the body.
