With a mix of flow and held poses, and a few challenges thrown in, Yoga is suitable for all abilities and will stretch, revitalise and relax you.

STRETCH

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.
