Incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates and gives you a workout that builds flexibility and strength.

Monday:  19:15 – 20:00 with Hilary (Body Balance)

Friday:  10:30 – 11:15 with Ravs (Body Balance)

With a mix of flow and held poses, and a few challenges thrown in, Yoga is suitable for all abilities and will stretch, revitalise and relax you.

Wednesday: 
09:30 – 10:15 with Roy (Yoga/Pilates Fusion)
19:30 – 20:15 with Elaine

Thursday:
13:30 – 14:15 with Elaine
18:30 – 19:15 with Roy (Yoga/Pilates Fusion)
