The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals.

REBOUND

A low impact class that is performed on a mini-trampoline. Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping. Rebounding will increase your endurance, strengthen your bones and burn those calories!

RPM

Workout to your own ability & to pumping music on a stationary bike. Using various levels of speed and resistance and positions to target different muscles. Please note that virtual RPM sessions operate 24/7 and alongside any instructor-led sessions listed below.

Work out to your own ability on a stationary bike, using various levels of speed, resistance and positions to target different muscles. This low impact cardio workout is great for burning calories, building muscles and strengthening the core.

DANCE FIT

Using simple choreography in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body going. This class focuses on increasing flexibility while toning & building core strength.

INSANITY
BOX FIT

A heart-pumping, muscle-shredding, sweat-dripping, high intensity cardio workout that will make you work hard.

Friday:  09:30 – 10:15 with Pat

Combining boxing moves with aerobic exercise, work up a sweat in a non-competitive environment. Practice punch combinations and get your heart rate going in a motivating environment.

HIIT STEP

A high intensity, fat burning workout to great music!
