Body Step by Les Mills – is a full-body workout that will help tone up your entire body, combining step exercises with cardio moves.

Involves a series of boxing-related exercises performed in a circuit. Circuit training is a time-efficient way to target multiple physical characteristics, such as strength, endurance, and aerobic fitness.

BOX FIT

Combining boxing moves with aerobic exercise, work up a sweat in a non-competitive environment. Practice punch combinations and get your heart rate going in a motivating environment.

CIRCUIT

The all over, all inclusive class that makes you work hard. With cardio and toning exercises led by experienced instructors to motivational music.

DANCE FIT

Using simple choreography in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body going. This class focuses on increasing flexibility while toning & building core strength.

HIIT STEP

A high intensity, fat burning workout to great music!

Saturday:  

10:15 – 11:00 with Roy

INSANITY

A heart-pumping, muscle-shredding, sweat-dripping, high intensity cardio workout that will make you work hard.

Friday:  

09:30 – 10:15 with Pat

LADIES ONLY FITNESS

A full body workout that includes cardio and toning exercises. Ladies only session.

Tuesday:

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

A full body aerobic workout that is great for anyone who wants to tone up, lose weight or improve fitness levels.

REBOUND

A low impact class that is performed on a mini-trampoline. Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping. Rebounding will increase your endurance, strengthen your bones and burn those calories!

RPM

Workout to your own ability & to pumping music on a stationary bike. Using various levels of speed and resistance and positions to target different muscles.
