HEALTH REHAB

These gentle seated exercise classes are for people with lower levels of ability due to health conditions and are led by qualified and experienced instructors.

Monday:  11:45 – 12:45 with Kim (Rehab)

Friday:  13:30 – 14:30 with Kim (Stroke Rehab)

WALKING FOOTBALL

Played at a walking pace and with reduced contact, walking football is an excellent way to keep fit, improve mental health and enjoy a game of football!

Monday:  13:00 – 14:00

WOMEN TOGETHER

Women Together is an all-female group where friends can socialise and share experiences. Meetings include regular workshops where you can learn new skills as well as focus on your health and wellbeing.

Friday:  10:30 – 12:00  £

YMCA ORCHESTRA

Havering Music School, in partnership with YMCATGG currently runs an adult orchestra for those who want to join the musical groove!

Monday:  19:00 – 21:00

BOCCIA

A Paralympic target sport, similar to bowls, which is played indoors and a seated activity. Currently the fastest growing disability sport in the world, propelling balls to land as close as possible to a marker ball is the aim of the game.

Tuesday:  11:30 – 13:00 with Pat

HEALTH CONDITION CIRCUIT

Improve your strength, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, and co-ordination all in one workout. Health Circuit moves at a gentler pace to help improve strength, cardio and core fitness.

Wednesday:  12:00 – 13:15 with Pat

50+ SOCIAL CLUB

A welcoming club for seniors aged 50plus. The club meets twice a week for activities such as bingo, cards, quizzes, days out and entertainers.

Tuesday:  13:00 – 15:00 with Kim

Thursday:  13:00 – 15:00 with Kim

SEATED DANCE

Dance yourself happy with this fully inclusive, fun-filled activity that promotes wellbeing and improves posture, co-ordination and cardiovascular health!
